RainGaugeTM is RainMan’s proprietary tool that benchmarks influencer
variables against outcome variables. Drawing from the 4000+ models implemented by RainMan, RainGaugeTM
mines data and provides benchmark keys for the influencer variables derived through modeling.
As a result, marketers can see how effectively a brand’s influencer variables are, on an average, contributing
relative to those of other brands in the category, other similar categories, or other similar markets. This helps
marketers benchmark the brand’s position and set realistic goals for the future.
